Why coaching with me?

We all want to experience a balance between our mind, body, and spirit. And we all get stuck sometimes in that search. I help clients tap into inner strengths and external resources to achieve better health and wellness, and ultimately, more happiness and fulfillment.

What is coaching?

Health and Wellness Coaches partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness, and thereby, enhance well-being. In the course of their work, health and wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, and honoring that each client is an expert on his or her life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental. (As defined by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching.)

Coaching aims to make the unconscious more conscious through mindfulness and stress reduction.


Together we will assess many physical aspects of your health and wellness, including nutrition and exercise.


Spiritual self-care is an integral part of coaching; identifying values and vision can help move us forward on a path of positive wellbeing.

Hi! I’m Beth and I would love to support you on your health and wellness journey. You may experience the following on this journey with me:

  • Identify values and vision to help you move forward on a path of positive wellbeing.

Who do I work with?

As a woman in the midst of major mid-life challenges and changes, I will support others who are also in a space of exploration and growth. Using tested and proven coaching tools and techniques, I will help them discern where they want to go and how they can get there. The approach will encourage deep self-reflection and establish a vision and goals to get there.

I aim to work with clients who are:

  • Open to trying new things
  • Open to exploring values and strengths
  • Ready to do the self-exploration and self-work necessary for growth

During our sessions, Beth met me fully, compassionately and warmly. She connects in an authentic manner, provides support and introduces tools for immediate and long-term use.
