Mindfulness Meditation Classes

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program designed to help individuals manage day-to-day stress, anxiety, and pain through mindfulness practices. MBSR combines meditation, body awareness, and mindful movement to enhance your physical and emotional well-being. Trained through Brown University’s MBSR Teaching Certificate program, I am honored to bring this transformative program to individuals seeking greater balance and peace in their lives.

I am partnering with Wellness Coach and fellow MBSR teacher, Laurie Robinson, to offer an online MBSR course this fall.

Join our 8-week program on Zoom, starting Thursday, September 25, 2025, 6:00-8:30pm. Anyone is welcome; please connect with me to learn more!
